Data deletion instructions

This page explains how you can request deletion of personal data associated with your use of Chia sẻ phần mềm (the “Service”).

1. What you can delete

Depending on how you use the Service, we may hold account-related information (for example, email or profile details provided at sign-in), optional profile fields you set in the app (such as nickname or avatar), and service-related logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How to request deletion

Contact us. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data we hold, send a request using the same email address you use for the Service (if applicable), or the contact method we provide for support. Include “Data deletion request” in the subject or message and, if possible, the email or account identifier you used to sign in.

We may need to verify your identity before deleting data, to protect your account from unauthorized requests.

After we process your request, we will delete or anonymize your personal data as required, except where we must retain certain information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, minimal records required by law).

3. Google sign-in

If you signed in with Google, you can review and remove this app’s access in your Google Account under SecurityThird-party apps with account access (wording may vary). That manages access via Google; a separate deletion request to us (above) covers data we store on our systems.

4. Timing

We aim to respond to verified deletion requests within a reasonable period. Some backups or logs may take additional time to roll off in the ordinary course.
